hey amazing people

This is bit out there but I know someone in the forum normally comes up trumps 🙂.

Last week I had an overnight watch from hospital to rule out sleep apnea . Results in about a month

Over the last few months I have been wearing my own vivosmart watch . My pulse ox levels at night drop to 80% sometimes for about 30 minutes . Then they go back up to about 92% then drop again .

IF the hospital rule out sleep apnea does anyone have any ideas why this could be happening ?

Lung function test normal , no asthma or breathing difficulties .

thank you 🙏 so much for reading . I might be wrong but surely this has got to be related to the relentless headache 🤕

take care all xxxx

ps : always a chance watch could be inaccurate of course

Hi Tiggywoos,

Maybe the position of the watch if you move about in bed.

I am no expert but my blood oxygen seemed to drop when my iron was low.

I had the sleep apnea test last year it came back just on the right side which I was glad about.

Hope you find the answer.

Take Care.

Mine is often low too, think the PPI don’t help with absorption I also get B12 injection s.

If you find out the cause I would be interested to know.

Have a good evening x
