I have had Raynauds for about the last 16 years. Apart from the usual symptoms I occasionally get a pain in my wirst, all I can describe it as its like the throb you get after you have hit your hand with a hammer. It really takes my breath away and renders the hand useless till its gone. I have started getting it in my ankle too now..... doesn anyone else get this??

Yes, I get pain in my ankles and my wrists, but it is not as acute as it used to be. I also have pain in the joints of my fingers when I use them for anything. But I also have scleroderma. Do you have a rheumatologist?
no- i was pretty much sent away atthe age of 16- i initially had medication for the raynauds but it gave me severe headaches....
The wrists, sounds similar to carpal tunnel syndrome which is linked to Raynaud's. Likewise the feet symptom is called tarsal tunnel syndrome - which I get.... It's only a thought! So speak to your GP or Rheumatologist.
I only have raynauds in my hands. I say only. Buy I mean not got in my feet (yet). Hopefully I don't get it. But I have constant pain in my wrist. So bad I cry most days as it sends a shock like feeling up my arm. And goes onto spasm for few seconds as well. The top of my arm also pains the majority of time as well. Wud defo av amputation it that bad.
