They put me on adalat and prozac. The prozac didnt really help, and the adalat made me faint due to low blood pressure, but they may help you! Cutting out dairy seems to have helped me a bit

Hi - I've been on nifedipine and losartan, which work for me but I've read that lots of people have had improvement with them.

I'm now on fluoxetine (Prozac) and I'm not sure yet whether it's helping as I've taken it over the transition from warmer to colder weather so uncertain whether I'm having fewer attacks than I would have without it if that makes sense...

Going to have a five-day Iloprost infusion next month and I'm hoping that will help more.

Good luck with finding the right medication for you - I think everyone seems to respond differently to different drugs.

Iloprost is a drug that's given intravenously to dilate the blood vessels and help improve blood flow so it can help with Raynaud's.

As with other treatments, people have varying degrees of success with it and different levels of tolerance (it can make you feel very headachy and sick and causes blood pressure to drop so you have to be checked regularly while you're on the drip).

I had iloprost for the first time in Feb of this year and it definitely helped for a while but wore off after a few weeks. The medical team built up the dose slowly to see how much I could tolerate and I was on it for six hours a day for five days.
