Thank you to all who answered my question. I am still waiting for my medication, for P.A.H.
I have had all the tests, and they have found that the arteries from the heart to the lungs is the problem, they don't expand, that is what is causing the severe fatigue.swelling of the ankles, and other things. Every morning when i wake up ,I think, thank you I'm .still here to annoy.
Good luck to all,

I am new to the site and finding my feet as such. What is P.A.H.?
Hello and welcome to this site, you will find it very helpful.
P.A.H is another disease caused by scleroderma. the arteries from the heart are narrowing, not allowing the blood to flow into the lungs. normal arteries expand, mine don't, When you do something,a bit out of the norm, even walking, one has to stop to get breath.I hope I have explained it the best that I can. There is different medication, It is quite rare, so don't worry
I have scleroderma with secondary raynouds, pulmonary fibrosis and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. As patsyb said it is a norrowering of the arteries from heart to lungs. I have been on one medication (Letairis: very expensive) for 7 months. A recent right heart cath shows that the right ventrical of the heart is not funtioning properly so I will be changing meds to Revatio after the first of the year. I have been able to move around more while on Letairis but it has been decided that since I also have pulmonary fibrosis that the lungs were getting more blood than it could handle so therefore the change. This process is try and see since there is no real protocol with this disease.
