As the weather is changing I am experiencing stiff fingers that last all day.

I suffer from this too, can be caused by a change in temperature or if you've been using these limbs more than usual, even using the mouse too much on computer. I take Omega 3. It helps, not with the pain but with stiffness.

I have this problem too along with diffuse systemic scleroderma with the CREST and RA they just retested me for lupus but the stiff wrist and arms was carpal tunnel.. I was just in the hospital to get it fixed.. Five days later and a partial amputation of a finger from the raynauds I'm on the road to recovery!!! You will get nerve damage in the wrist depending how severe your raynauds is!!! Good luck!!!
