‘Feeling the Cold’ Survey

The cold is more than a nuisance for sufferers of Raynaud’s and chilblains so Avicenna (who own Balmosa chilblain cream) have produced a survey to find out how people are affected and cope with the conditions. The feedback will be collected with a short online feedback form. The survey will not collect any personal information so you would remain completely anonymous.
