anyone else suffer with real achy/painful legs from raynoids???

hi i was diagnosed with raynoids a couple of years ago n am really suffering this winter, ive never had leg pain before but this winter ive woke up with terrible achy legs i feel like i cant even stand up for 5 minutes without sitting down anyone no if this is normal???

Hi there. Yes,, I get really painful legs too but all the time. I wake up with the pain and no pain relief seems to help. It's so frustrating not being able to do what you want. Can't offer any advice but just to let you know that you are not alone with this. Stay positive

thankyou for the reply, I'm in so much pain and am finding day to day stuff a real task I have a 7 year old that goes to school half hour away from my home n I work part time standing the whole time I'm there (4 n half hours a day) dunno how I'm gonna get through this winter

When you next go to the doctors or hospital, ask if they have checked your magnesium levels. It has been suggested that my nightly leg pains are a result of my low magnesium levels.

I'm not under the hospital anymore they discharged me I'll go to my gp n get it checked thank you very much

I am given amitriptiline for the pain, just 10 mg. It makes it less acute.

I don't really wanna take tablets if I don't have too I already take nifedipine but I'll see what the doc advises thank you
