Just a quick one, I take an absolute age in the mornings to be able to get going. Like 2 to 3 hours before my body realises it's woken up anybody else get this?

Yes I’m the same - although on my monthly Iloprost days I have to rise at dawn so I know I can do it if I really have to but it takes a lot willpower. I’d blame age and arthritis etc but for me this all started when I was in my 40s. If I have to get up during night to pee or empty stoma bag then it’s even worse later on after I’ve gone back to sleep. Not sure if I’m very stiff or just extremely tired but I just lie here willing my body parts to function. Or else, if no plans or it’s the weekend, then don’t bother and just wait until my husband takes the dogs out and makes me a cuppa and then take it step by step until I can finally rise.

Same for me, i need at least two hours every morning to get my body to do a simple daily wake up routine, everything seems so difficult to move, and if i rush it then my heart starts thumping. And then i just want to sleep again.
