Silicol Gel - anyone tried it for reflux?

Just wondering if anyone has tried Silicol Gel for reflux... (and general gut issues). I've seen it in Boots and in Holland and Barrett and was thinking of giving it a go. Thanks so much!

l’ve never heard of silicol gel lm really struggling with heartburn/reflux at the moment will check this out thanks for posting

So sorry to hear you’re having a tough time. I totally sympathise. It’s horrendous, isn’t it. Hope it settles down for you soon. No idea if the silicol gel works but I bought a bottle to try. Just got to pluck up the courage to have a go now. I’ll report back if it makes any difference. Hope you feel better soon.
