do anyone know if you can get a hand cream for redness and sweaty hands for a 11 year old

My hands were often very red and sweaty as a child and I had severe pompholyx eczema on palms and up onto my fingers. What I’ve learnt since is that this sweaty redness was likely Erythromelalgia. If I’d known what I know now about this rare condition I’d have asked for cooling creams - mostly Dermacool - which is available on prescription and contains menthol. My neurologist gets it prescribed at a high 5% but it is available at 2% otc or online and a GP can prescribe it.

you can get Sweay Guard roll on or Sweat Block hand and foot cream. Both are available on Amazon. Maybe worth a try in the first instance.

GEHWOL Refreshing balm is actually a foot preparation but as a podiatrist I know many people use it on their hands as well.
