Hi All, I am noticing the scalyness on my hands is going worse and it is going down to my wrist now which is causing the tightening and stiffness around there. Are you using any creams? My rheumatoid doctor hasn't prescribed me nothing yet but suggested iloprast treatment... does that help the skin too? I have mixed feelins about this. Can steroids creams be helpful? As I know they cause skin thinning.... any help or light on the matter will be appreciated! Thanks in advance! 🙃

Hi K… best thing you could do is ask for a referral to occupational therapy, I’m waiting for one myself but am told they have lots of expertise on treatments and exercises for hands. Your specialist nurse can refer you if you email them. Good luck
