Dear friends, just wondering if anyone else has developed PMR as well as CTD/ fibro,inflammatory arthritis?

Thanks for your reply yes it is autoimmune/CTD but in addition to inflammatory arthritis, fibromyalgia? Just wondering, i am on Rituximab, long term maintenance steroids, Plaquenil and a lot of other medications, and I am miserable with these new symptoms.

I’m so sorry for you. This disease is just horrible. I have had UMCTD for 15 years and it can be very depressing. When I get down I try to focus on what I can do not what I can’t. Xx

I have fibromyalgia, polymyalgia, osteoarthritis, Raynauds, hypermobility, vertigo, sciatica, trochanteric bursitis all diagnosed. Fibromyalgia was the first, about 12-15 years ago. Suspected hypermobility Ehlers Danlos syndrome & sero negative arthritis. Not quite the same, but some the same!!
