I have systemic sclerosis, Raynaud’s, and fibromyalgia (plus other stuff). I also have stiffness and aching on the right side of my face neck and shoulder which I think is myofascial pain syndrome. However, those areas also feel very cold as though I am sitting in a draught . It can last for several hours in spite of scarves etc. The area feels cold but is not cold to the touch. Constantly applied warmth eases it. I cannot find this symptom on any related site. Does anyone else suffer from this cold sensation and know what causes it please?

It could possibly be down to some kind of nerve investment especially if your having stiffness in your shoulder area. Maybe an entrapment. Have you seen a physio or other bodywork professional?
I too was going to say it could be nerve trap/ sensitivity. Try doing lots of shoulder tools, stretching g and loosening - and don’t spend tools g sitting in one position, or hunched over, and especially not poking your chin forward to look at your laptop / iPad through the bottom of your varifocals (my bad habit!).
If you google shoulder physio exercises you will probably find videos or diagrammes.
