I use a small battery operated hand warmer to deal with my Raynauds. These are used for hunting, hiking etc. I actually have several so I can alternate if the battery is dead on one I have a back up to use while the first one is charging. We sometimes use an electric heater to heat the room we watch tv in...so that room is warm while the rest of the house is cooler. An electric heating pad or an electric blanket are ideas you may also wish to look at. I wish you the best in your struggles.

hi sorry to hear of your pain . I use amazing health heat pad , which stays warm for 10 hours , just heat in microwave. Also put blanket over hands with heat pad. Hope this helps.
