I don't know about Primary Raynaud's, but dry eyes are common in CTDs. Have you been seen in an eye clinic?
I suffered very dry eyes for 8 years before I was referred. I have myobian gland disease. These are the glands that produce the oily layer over the eyes & this helps reduce loss of the watery layer as well. I use regular eye drops and a simple eye massage technique to unblock the glands.
If dry eyes persist then perhaps you could seek a referral. Alternatively you might try the message & see if this helps. You can search online for videos showing it. Hycosan extra is a good eye drop you can buy over the counter.
Hi, I have it from time to time. It seems to be triggered work low bloodsuger with me. If I eat regularly it gets less worse. It could also be the start of sjorgen syndrome. Best to have it checked out by your dr.
