Mycophenalate affecting blood results

Hello everyone!

Has anyone been affected by 'yo-yoing' of blood cells on Mycophenalate?

One week WBC and neutrphylls OK and then next week... they're not. Have to drop a tablet down.Then it goes up again for a week and then it goes down again.

eg 2 morning / 1 afternoon one week ... then next week blood test WBC and neutrophils drop. Then change to 2 morning and none afternoon.

Has this happened to you (titration I think its called when they change the dosage)

and what happened eventually?

Disappointing as hope the blood test will go up each week...

Would appreciate some comments.

I had a problem with micophenalate, with neutrophils dropping.Eventually they dropped so low i was taken off it and changed to azothiaprene
