Hi there, no your hand does not look like a hand of a scleroderma patient. The skin is completely normal, despite more pigmentation. There is no tightening or thickening to see on the photo and you still have all the normal creases on your thumb joint. The nail and nail bed are healthy looking with a good blood supply and no evidence of Raynauds. There are no telangictasia (which are small red inflamed blood capillaries).
If you are concerned about the pigmentation I would ask your GP to refer you to a Dermatologist.
