Hi there, the majority of immunologists work in labs but you can ask to be referred to a rheumatologist which will cover all your needs of autoimmune disorders they investigate each individual difficulties and will refer you to the necessary department, hope this has helped, take care 😁

You didn't say what it is for. Clinical immunologists do clinics in primary and secondary antibody deficiencies, allergy and autoimmunity, while rheumatologists specialise in autoimmunity. Clinical immunologists also run the labs which test for autoantobodies. Some areas have immunologists who do clinics jointly with rheumatologists. I don't know any immunologists who work privately though. I hope that clarifies things and that you find someone who suits you.
