Hi folks, a gentle reminder that we will be having our usual conference call at 11am GMT. I have been playing around with some ideas as most want to see each other whilst talking. With the founding members of our Birmingham group, we have found a platform where you can stay just on audio if you're shy, or video too if you want to be seen.

The instructions are -

Download Zoom on your phone, tablet or computer.

Click join and type in the code 538 040 5263

That should automatically direct you to us.

All you have to remember is to join in at at 11am. We'll be there every Sunday.

Any problems, feel free to let me know.

There are no restrictions on what to talk about, it's an informal gathering to support each other through this pandemic.

If you want to join or just pop in to see what it's all about, just follow the steps above. You're all more than welcome to join us.

Feel free to join us if you're international too. We would love to hear from you.

Stay safe folks x
