For a while now I have struggled with getting the trolley token out of the trolley without removing my gloves, but the other week I thought of an idea to help and have found it works well. Hopefully some of you other Raynauds sufferers might find it helpful too. I have attached a piece of thread to the keyring hole in the token so all I do now is make sure I put it into the trolley with the thread sticking out, then when I put the trolley back all I have to do is pull the thread. No more removing my gloves and spending the next who knows how long trying to get my hands warm again.

Hi Kes, thats whats so good about this site, we pass on info and helpful hints xx
That’s great! My hands just got really shiny and tight about 3 weeks ago as I was peeling hard boiled eggs! I thought there was something wrong with the EGGS! But, the my cats’ fur and Huskies’ fur felt crazy soft, too! Legs and hands and feet had strange “chains of dime sized round dots!”
AND MY SCALP IS THE WORST!
Awful red sores that itch or hurt
Found APR CREAM online for pain and itch relief! You’ll all love that!
Even 1/8 a cup in a warm tub, is amazing! A dot on temples to get rid of headaches! Rub on feet to make neuropathy go away for the evening! They say it stops snoring; but my hubby hasn’t tried it yet!
Blessings for a great New Year!

Good idea: I have same trouble with the car key. I can't press the lock and unlock button on my electronic car key without removing my big thick woolly gloves. Haven't found a solution yet.
So glad to hear it's not just me that struggles with little things! I'm still embarrassed about the time I had to ask my elderly neighbour to come out in the cold to help me unlock my front door when my hands were too dead to manipulate the key in the lock. Thanks for the tip
