Hi all, my hands are hurting more and more (MCTD + Scleroderma) can anybody recommend some painkillers please?

I don't think otc painkillers will do an awful lot. I think that your best bet is to visit the gp. I'm on butec patches for joint pain and meloxicam, but different types of pain require different sorts of painkillers. Make sure that you keep your hands really warm.
