B12? Or something else?

Hi guys, I havnt posted on here for quite a while now..

I was wondering if anyone is also experiencing the same symptoms as me?

.. So I've been feeling super fatigued, muscle and bone pain, headaches, emotions are crazy and mood swings wow (I feel sorry for my partner having to deal with my switches in mood 😯😫), blisters on the tounge, freezing hands and feet, brain fog and a bit of depression too..

.. I went to the doc last Thursday and she thinks I am experiencing panic attacks, but booked my in for blood to be done, so I guess there are also checking my b12 because of the fatigue and muscle pain..

I feel so worn down and on my own with this as no one around me quite understands how I am feeling, I don't even know how I'm feeling?.. Please tell me I'm not alone here?!

In my experience vitamin B12 and/or folic acid deficiency (or low levels but not deficient) can cause these symptoms. Make sure you get a print out or copy of your results because if you are low in anything but not out of range the doctors will tell you everything is normal. You definitely can still get symptoms if you are at the low end of normal.

Hi I've been diagnosed with CREST. I'm feeling so tired and bones and muscles ache all the time. I also have pernicious anemia and get b12 shots which make not one but of difference to this exhaustion. I just feel as if my symptoms are being ignored. My next app with rheumatologist is next April. I also feel anxious and my moods are all over the place. My right arm is sore constantly and very weak as well. At my wits end to be honest 😢

You are not alone, I know your pain, I've had my share of all everyone has spoke of here. This really complicates your health Carter in all areas and it is hard when the outside look doesn't match the inside, people judge when you cant walk through to the milk section in Walmart and you are forced to use an electric cart. Peoples that love you seem to forget bw4herrn most times you have to decline going to the zoo with grand kids, they dont understand the depression or the exhaustion we suffer every waking moment. The pain is horrible and it never goes away even in your sleep. The government doesn't support the idea that meds are not the same for all, and they try to follow a cookie cutter dosing chart because of the opioid crisis...they dont understand that more times than not it's their regulations forcing people to the street drugs, or it the ones that are not needing and abusing medication. Anyay.. I'm wondering if anyone else has issues with the heels on bottom of feet hurt while resting in bed only, and on the top of my feet it's is very painful in shoes or barefoot and they have w3hat looks like brushing.
