Omg I get this too as well as my other raynaud's symptoms. My finger feels and looks bruised

I have had this happen and so has my sister who has no health issues, both of us had this happen in different fingers. I was told by my doctor that tiny blood vessels in body sometimes burst. It’s suddenly painful, then the burst happens and relief and resulting bruise. I was told it’s nothing to worry about. I would still mention it to doctor to see what they say. It’s unsettling when strange things seem to happen for no apparently reason.

prazosin works for raynaud's, hand warmers, vit-e helps, fish oil. hope that helps. ask about gabapentin. hemp balm is good for pain, wild lettuce extract from ebay 4 ounces 18.00 great for pain, natural no high just pain relief i am taking it and it works wonders no pain, active painting, before my hands burned so bad i could not put them into water. scleroderma with raynaud's so yes its painful. just keep hands and feet warm and covered to protect them. ask about pain specialist or rheumatologist. good luck hugs for a better day. happy holidays. julie
