I get these in cold weather and now I understand what the problem is, thanks to these helpful posts. I have psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and Reynaud’s syndrome. Must go and try some remedies

Hi Reyzor, i get these too in the cold weather, dread the winters. Apart from trying to keep the splits clean and dry, I usually use new skin as it stays on better than a plaster, if i can. Don't know of anything better to use, would be grateful to hear from other Raynauds sufferers what they recommend. Keep warm, much love.

Yes I call them papercuts!

If you look on here at my profile there's a post about this from a couple of years ago. In fact I just got a notification about it lol.

They're awful, I bind my fingers with savlon (antiseptic cream) throughout the day to soften and protect the skin.
