Yes...my doctor has me off of sugar, gluten, dairy and night shade vegetables. All these create inflamation. Not an easy diet to follow though.
Thank you. Maybe I need to cut out sugar and go gluten free.
The night shade vegetables are a trigger for me too. Within minutes my fingers swell up and throb and burn. Good luck

I have had this disease for over 19 years and I have never been advised to change my diet. But I became a member of the Celiac Club last year after lots of test. Don’t you just love all those lovely test we have to go through lol. Can’t say at the moment it’s made any difference with my inflammation I get really bad flare ups.
