Hello everybody, first of all thank you to all of you that sent me your encouraging thoughts, thank you. Anyway here goes, got up this morning, washed my hair! Had my porridge! Rang a friend. Then took myself out to re new my "norton protection", I know that last bit is really interesting, ha ha, then on to M&S for lunch, jacket potato with chilli. So I have kicked the low mood into next year! ha ha. Love and hugs to everybody. Smile and wave folks, smile and wave.

Now I was reading ur sad post just now and was gona write smthg positive I read all the positive replies u received which made me warm inside then I read this one of urs about getn out and going to lunch and that made me even warmer 😁 well done u and this is what this site is about wish we cud all meet in a big room for a party amd give each other hugs thank god we are not alone with this disease this site is so good to vent our bad days when wev no one at home to talk things thru with 🙂 hope u hav a good week and keep bad thgts away roll on the bright nites and spring it’s only round the corner 🥀🌱🌸
