I use Honegar but drink it in a glass of water twice a day and my fingers have healed from the ulcers I had. It has taken a couple of months to heal but no more pain. You get this at Holland and Barret in U.K. It is apple cider vinegar mixed with organic honey if you can't get it then you can make it yourself.

Hi Nicky I am not in any meds as I have had bad reactions to the tabs they prescribed for me. Just tried this and so happy I did as it has helped me tremendously. We are all different so hope this helps you

Hello, I have not tried Honeygur, but when I had an ulcer on my thumb the team at Chapel Allerton Hosp in Leeds used Activon, a medicinal grade of honey, on the ulcer. It did eventually heal. Best of luck.

Hi there, so sorry to here about your ulcers, I sympathise with you, I found it so hard to cope with the pain. I tried everything anyone suggested, I used mankura ( not sure of the spelling ) , also warm milk. I did ease pain a little. Try to get iloprost infusions for fingers before ulcers start, I am booking mine today as tip of fingers are getting painful and very pitted. Hope this helps you. Good luck 👍
