Raynaud's in feet for years

Hi I have recently posted similar photo of this a little while ago. Well it went away and didn't see the GP but now after getting out of the bath this evening it has returned 🤔I'm getting very anxious now about it and worrying if it could be a clot.

I'm 39 and suffered Raynaud's especially in my toes for nearly 10 years I get extremely bad chilblains and don't take medication for it just self help with creams and keeping as warm as possible.

I have been having alot of like pain stiffness in both my ankles for a while now and with Raynaud's the typical cold numb feeling and colour change to the feet , they go very dark purple especially the toes and the soles of feet will be pure white. It does feel bruised and when standing or walking feels more bruised. I did knock my foot by accident back in October last year so not sure if this is all related to it either but seems along time for a bruise to heal. I'm not extremely active as I have alot of back issues and gastro problems which prevents me from doing too much exercise.

If this looks familiar to anyone and you have any advice please let me know and many thanks in advance 🙂

I will be making GP appointment Monday for hopefully sometime next week as am very concerned about this. Not sure if it is a new thing to my Raynaud's 🤔the other foot in the same area is just extremely dry and flaky but not discoloured like this.

Hi,

Just read your post and hope by now you’ve seen your GP. I’ve suffered from raynauds since I was a teenager and have never experienced anything like what you’ve shown. The symptoms you describe are typical of the syndrome though. You also say it feels bruised which is not. A family member had a very similar mark but it was linked to diabetes. I hope by now you’ve seen your GP and had some sort of diagnosis to settle your mind 🥰
