Ive seen this too but the evidence base is not very clear.

What experience of these vitamins do group members have?

I say this as someone who finds even more pills difficult to swallow!

I can't say if the work or not because I've only been trying them for a few weeks. I have just trust what they say because they are the experts there. To be honest I'd try anything at the moment.! Maybe they do them in liquid form not sure

This is really helpful thanks Sami. I was just reading a post on the Thyroid UK site and people seem to be always recommending various supplements to address pain. If you still have pain then they advise that it must be thyroid related or the wrong dosages of supliments?

Somehow this really worries me.

So your posts here are very timely because the Sildenafil is just causing too much nasal congestion for me. If your team at the Royal Free approve these particular supplements for Raynauds then I will maybe try introducing them myself once I've stopped Sildenafil. X

Do you buy your vitamins from the high street or are they prescription, if from the shops which is the best source for vitamin E?

I have to pay for them myself which I think is unfair but what can we do ! I found amazon is the best place to buy them
