Thank you so much. This has made my day 😊 .. Iv put off taking them for years thinking I'd suffer side effects when all along the redness has been making me so low. Thank you for your reply xx

Yes I take nifedipine with benefit too. The first day it may make you feel a bit funny but 10 mg is a fairly low dose. Good luck!

I take 10mg morning and night and in winter can up to 30mg for the day. One side effect is a bit of tachycardia but otherwise no side effects.

Guys,

I have tried Nifedipine. Took it for a day and I had experienced the worst headache in my life! There is nobody who could convince me to try it again.

I still have 78 tablets in a box. I am very happy to post it to someone who actually can take it!

Please send me a message if you like it and I will post it this week.

I have taken 0mg Coracten (Nifedipine slow release) for 6 months now twice a day and just recently stopped it. It was a bit scary at first due to a very fastened heart beat but I tried taking It before going to bed and that helped the body adjust. So I have had no other side effects after the first week.

Those of you who take Nifedipine - do you do it throughout the whole year or do you stop In the summer months?
