Swollen sore face

Hi everyone i woke up on Friday morning the left side of my face was badly swollen could hardly open my eye and my mouth was swollen and the skin around my mouth and eye was a red and purple colour. I was put on steroids for 5 days and a antihistamine 4 times a day which is helping .my face was very itchy and sore this has happened afew times but each time it is spreading to other areas of my face the doctor told me to take photos to show my rheumatologist has this happened to anyone else

Sounds like a allergic reaction, you need to phone your doctor as they'll be able to advise correctly.
