My raynaurds just started this year, skiing is a hobbie of mine and i really want to book a holiday for march but i`m not sure this is a good idea, my raynaurds has got worse and may be secondary with Lupus / erythromelalgia
I feel pretty good though apart from my trouble with my hands

I'd try it. So much fun if you dress warm enough you might be okay. I skiied for quite a few years with raynauds, but then I just got too cold. That's miserable. There's always the lodge to go to if it doesn't work out.
Do what you enjoy! You'll soon warm up if it's like any other form of exercise. Maybe lots of warm drinks when you get off the slopes and start to cool down! Enjoy yourself!
I am due to go in March as well and have not let Raynauds or Limited Scleroderma stop me. I don't ski all day but enjoy the amount I do. I just make sure I'm wrapped up well and get into a nice warm room!
I have done a week or two's skiing for years with primary Raynaud's. I find if I keep active it is ok. The worst bits are long chair lifts and waiting around for slower skiers. Good quality gloves help. Rechargeable battery gloves are available. I have never used them for skiing but find them useful for motorcycling. As other respondents have said you can always go in a restaurant. The hand drier blowers in the toilets are useful. Go for it!
