This year, aged 63, I tend to suffer from cold, numb toes albeit feeling too hot under a duvet. Any ideas?

Cold toes in bed
I have to use a heating blanket year round to keep limbs warm. The hotness you are feeling could be from the chronic inflammation , and blood flow problems.
Possible Raynuards, easily checked for & controlled
am the same..65 this year...have had numb toes for over a year now and was told it is because I have fractures to my vertebrae...also have Raynauds, never rains etc.!You need to go to doctors and get checked out. Best wishes!
I'd say circulation or Raynauds, I get really bad cramps if my feet get too cold so I always have bed socks in until my feet warm up x
Bed-socks, plus various layers of blankets of varying thickness you can pull on and off during the night as your temperature fluctuates. The socks may even need to come off. Also: keep general heating in the bedroom at an even, lowish temperature.
