My hands have started to ache terribly, I'm struggling to open & close them. I assumed my right hand was due to a car car accident I'd been in some years ago, but when my left hand started as well I began to worry.
Does anyone else have aching hands?

Both my hands were this wayvfor about. 3-4 months. Went to see a rheumatologist and received a script for "celebrex" I went home and googled celebrex ; possible side effects are heart attack and stroke. Sooo i went to u-tube and typed in arthritis and found John Bergman a chiropractor in California who treats lots of ailments. He said in one of his videos "if you have arthritis you should not be eating gluten or dairy" I headed his advice and within 48 hrs I was pain free. That was one year ago. Maybe it was just a sensitivity to gluten and dairy that was causing inflammation and thus pain. You ought to try this.
I have raynauds, December just gone was my 3rd year of illoprost infusion, but this year afterwards seems different, I'm not sure if it's completely worked, as my feet still get so cold & painful, it feels like my toes ware going to snap off!
My husband reckons it getting older & onset arthritis!
OMG ditto! Went to a rheumatologist who wanted to prescribe Celebrex. I read the side effects (possible heart attack or stroke) and thought to govto u-tube and type in arthritis (keep in mind this was not my diagnosis per se) . Came across videos put out by John Bergman (a chiropractor in California) and he said eliminate dairy and gluten. Idid this and within 48 hrs no more pain! No exaggerating here. Its been over A year now. I have a sensitivity to gluten. Try this !
