I need comfortable shoes and socks to help prevent blisters on the bottoms of my toes and on the tops of my toes near the nail. I am out of ideas.

Ihave tried lots of different shoes and none have really been succesful. The best i have fou is earth spirit sandals. I got them from debenhams but when i went to get some more they didnt have them. Iam sure you will find them somewhere. I ended up wearing them with socks in winter. Not elegant but needs must.
I have similar issues and I wear clarks, wave walk shoes which have a good soul and well cushioned, mine are black leather laceups and give me plenty of room in the depth of the toe box and I always wear cotton socks which are flat seamed.
Hotter shoes are also good.
I agree with Irene55 I by Hotter shoes, they're great x
Hello, I haven't found Hotter shoes paticularly comfortable, but I would definitely recommend alpaca socks from Perilla. They are as soft and warm as cashmere, but much more hard wearing. I am wearing boots from Drapers of Glastonbury which I find very comfortable. Best of luck with your search.
I forgot to mention my ugg boots. They are comfortable and warm
Hi
I find a brand called Allegria the most comfortable. They are expensive but good quality, I have a pair of mules and open toe sandels. I normally have to use orthotics but I can use these without. The mules you can use with warm socks. The other brand I use is called Wolka again expensive but over the years I have wasted so much money I stick now to these tried and tested brands and overall spend less money. I wish you well with your search I know it is not easy and is expensive when the brand is not successful for you.
Hi, I find Romika Alaska boots great. The socks I used are 1,000 mile gaurentee blister free. They are 2 layers, the outer for winter I use merino wool and for summer they come in cotton.
