Hello I am feeling very low at the moment, struggling with never ending bugs, fatigue and vertigo (I have scleroderma and Menieres). I wonder if giving myself a kick start would help, something like a few quiet days with plenty of nutitious food, exercise and calm would help me get back on my feet. Does anyone have any recommendations for somewhere I could go? Thank you.

hi Annie, i'm sorry to hear you are not feeling well. sorry I don't have a suggestions for a retreat, I just wanted to wish you well. I too have bad days sometime. I am learning to listen to my body (which has changed a lot in the last 4 months).

if you are struggling with fatigue, perhaps a nice place where you can be pampered and relax. :)

Hi Annie, this time of year is bad for all of us. I have found that the Dietary consideration is extremely important.

Do you have a community oriented Social Activity centre in your area?

If you can manage, contact your local community centre, maybe you can get involved in the day to day life in your area.

I must say that over the past 2 years or so, I have been involved in my local community....I can't do much physically but Life experience is priceless.

Why not give it a go? Take care.
