I have CREST ( Limited S Sclerosis) - & suffer gullet spasm. Does anyone else?

Does it have increase it's frequency when you are stressed ? I just wondered as I am going through a stressful time & it seems so for me? Any help/advice experience appreciated :)

It is very common but it can be helped. We call it reflux. See your doctor.
