This forum has helped me BIG TIME!

I feel much more confident and capable of coping just because I know this HU forum is here, and because I know I can rely on the Raynauds & scleroderma assoc for sound information & expertise,, AND because of the support & encouragement of my fellow sufferers participating in the forum

Massive congrats to all for making this association second to none. We are a "Family" and I am proud to be a small part of it. well done everybody, this site gives more help and advice than my GP who tells me to get used to pain, discomfort and any problems i tell her about -just take paracetamol !!
