Have you looked at erythromelalgia, which gives me these sort of symptoms (feet, hands, face, ears). My version is simultaneous with raynauds. The main website of this ociety gives info on EM in the associated conditions section.

This has been happening to me for the last three months don't know what it is but very painful can't see he dr till the 21 st of this month. Will share my diagnosis

I have severe raynauds and I was put on a drug called Gabapentin, it has been extremely helpful, my feet are still painful but not like they were. it also includes my hands.
