help with day to day living with raynoids? ?

I was diagnosed with raynoids 2 years ago n was told by my rheumatologist doctor it was severe primary raynoids, I am on nifedipine to help but I find even taking my child to school is getting to hard for me to do now her school is a half hour walk n in the winter months I suffer so bad and was wondering if there was anyway I could get help with this
