Every morning I wake up with horribly stiff knees and elbows as well as all the usual symptoms of MCTD with Scleroderma and baking feet and hands thanks to Erythromelalgia. I now sleep with a wet cool cloth on my feet and can't stand the duvet anywhere near me really. Sorry but I've feeling just a bit sorry for myself today. Ax
