to neutralise the acid. This is useful but still a bit painful and I don't think its very healthy.

Inhaled bicarbonate
Hi everyone! I recently saw a severe asthma specialist who prescribed me inhaled bicarbonate to use with my nebulizer (it's in liquid form) when my asthma is flaring. I told him how exhausted I was feeling & he prescribed
Sodium

for a month. So I have Metabolic Acidosis. My GP's have told me now (after I had finished the initial order) that they had issued more of these tablets.

I had a liver transplant in 2016 now last few years health isn't going great, and Dr wants to change my adoport to envarus, but my story is long. But just for now does envarus stop bad headaches, cause weight gain. Plus suffer low sodium levels and type 3c diabetic. That's me for now

to much to handle
Right now I’m trying to support everyone in the family and not fall apart myself. My sister has just started chemotherapy for breast cancer. The day after her first treatment she ended up in the hospital for 4 1/2 days because her sodium levels dropped so low. We initially thought she had a stroke.

Are you on Xtandi (Enzalutamide), and reported the side effects of low sodium?
MO, Primary care, and other nurses are working hard to rollout why my sodium level is low (128) last. My first guess was lactulose. I stopped for one week and will recheck the level and schedule another appointment. Also, a Google search found many users reported that heavy use of lactulose

citalopram sudden withdrawal
i was prescribed 20 mg citalopram by my gp when my husband had a stroke in 2017, due to anxiety. I was recently rushed into Intensive Care for dangerously low sodium levels. Citalopram is one of the drugs causing this, along with omeprazole and ramipril. The hospital immediately stopped these 3 medications

F3 Fibrosis Regression
hi all First post and have to say, read a lot of posts and can only thank everyone who contributes and helps educate others about their own personal way forward. So here is my question. How long does it realistically take ( with doing everything possible ) to regress from F3 severe fibrosis to F2?

How much salt is good for an elderly CKD patient?
I just read a reply to a 77 years old lady advising her to keep her salt low. I wonder if it is good advice for an elderly patient according to a study reported in the periodical Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation titled "Predictive effect of salt intake on patient and kidney survival in non-dialysis
