Are you on Xtandi (Enzalutamide), and reported the side effects of low sodium?

MO, Primary care, and other nurses are working hard to rollout why my sodium level is low (128) last.

My first guess was lactulose. I stopped for one week and will recheck the level and schedule another appointment.

Also, a Google search found many users reported that heavy use of lactulose can lower sodium.

Next is Xtandi and I am searching for someone who has been on Xtandi for more than six months and noticed lower sodium levels because of Xtandi

Does Xtandi can lower the sodium level?

Google tells everything, but everything is not valid, so search for actual Xtandi users with similar side effects.

Update : I started Tolvaptan and sodium going up,

Dr confirmed Xtandi did not cause lower sodium.

I’ve been on Xtandi since 2018 and have had a LOT of related blood tests but sodium has never been one of them. My doctors don’t seem to be concerned about sodium levels?

I’ve been on Xtandi for over two years—sodium levels have continued to be normal.

My dad has been on Xtandi over a year and sodium is always normal.

I have been taking Xtandi for almost 2 years and no problems with sodium levels. Normal so far.

I’ve been on Xtandi for around 9 years and have low sodium, but I think it is due to the diuretic in one of my BP meds.

Mine have been low since starting Lupron in 2018. I've never had second level hormone options like Xtandi.

I'm on Xtandi + Lupron and sodium has always been normal.
