Is anybody out there in the same boat as me, I have been using CPAP treatment for over 20 years, but my actual sleep time is getting worse. It did take me a long time to realise that this was so, I was like people who did not have Sleep Apnea, I thought the machine would promote good sleep. Most nights if. Get 4 hours of sleep, I think I am doing very well, more often than not, I get up , roughly 3 .30 , have a read, then go back to bed when I am feeling tired. But any sleep after that is not usually good, fortunately I now do not worry about his, but I would like to have more consequtive hours if possible, not only for myself, but also for my Wife,s sake. There is not much that I have not tried, but not anything medicinal , prescribed or otherwise. I already take a lot of pills for other health conditions, so not even Herbal or any other so called natural cure. If anybody has a way that helps them, please communicate, thank you.

Yes, I think I can help! I just saw this post but am in a rush. I do want to talk, though. Would you rather I pm you?

Bottom line: this is regarding other diagnoses actually taking over the apnea!
