Sleep issues - temazepam

I have ME / CFS and since I first developed it have had issues with sleep reversal.

The ME has followed a fluctuating pattern and the sleep issues the same. I have been through all the usual sleep routine / habits programmes which have not helped.

For quite a few years now I have used sleep medication and found that it helps with my quality of life and ME symptoms.

With my GPs help I manage a regime of six months on temazepam and then six months on zolpidem. After six months on zolpidem I find I become depressed and tearful which resolves itself once I switch to different medication. It has worked well for me for ten years. Now seem to have difficulty obtaining Temazepam on prescription.... I'm on 20mgs - two 10 mgs tablets. Have you found any pharmacy which is still able to dispense this?

Many thanks.
