Cycles of sleep (connected watch)

Hello,

I started recording my nights with a connected watch and this is the result of the first one. For me I had a normal night, but still it seems very changeable lol.

Dark purple = deep sleep

Purple = light sleep

Orange = paradoxal sleep

Yellow = waking up

They say my deep sleep is 17% of my night and it seems not enough.

What do you think about it ? What can be the causes of my low scores, and especially how to act to have better sleep? For me the cycles are unconscious.

Ps: As a precision, I don't know anything about sleep, I just know that I move every night (because I find cushions on the floor Haha) and also I feel little rested in the morning, and during the day I am tired.

Thank you !
