Can anyone help me decide which mattress I should buy? I bought a new electric bed last year. the mattress was half memory foam and half something else. I can't remember what. It is too firm for me. I previously had memory foam and I liked it. I looked at one made of Latex and a memory foam one as well yesterday. Latex one was very expensive the other was less than half the price. Both seemed quite similar. If anyone has had a latex can you tell me it was really good, Supposed to be cool in summer, etc? I wondered if it's worth the extra money. I know we are all different but curious about the latex.

I have a latex, Dunlopillow mattress. Absolutely love it. You can buy soft intermediate or firm versions. Down sides, fairly expensive and very, very heavy. Our bed uses two separate “narrow singles” side by side to give a king size. Could only just get each one up stairs. Upside is you never turn them. Dunlopillow can be a bit warm, but they do have a special coolmax cover. Never slept better.
