I have tried several watches for sleep tracking none are worth bothering with except as a very inaccurate guide

If you use Android, ‘Sleep as Android’ phone app is pretty good. This records your sleep parameters and also voice records so if you snore, talk, cough, etc in your sleep it will pick it up.

I use wrist Garmin Forerunner with sleep tracking, it’s good at capturing my sleep time, but actual sleep quality it isn’t very reliable. The watch is gauge for establishing trends.

I looked up this app and read the reviews. It mentions using ultrasonic waves from your phone to measure some parameters. Do you know how that works?

I don’t know the science behind it, but it’s showed what I called impressive capture of my sleep.
