Is anyone reducing Bisoprolol and finding that they awake every night about the same time and can’t get back to sleep. I go to bed and fall asleep quite quickly then with a start I awake between 3.15 and 3.30am every day and cannot get back to sleep, I try not to nap during the day and if I do it is around noon time for about half an hour. No matter what I try though I am unable to get back to sleep. Does any think it might be due to Bisoprolol withdrawal?
