Hi, anyone tried a weighted blanket and if so which one? There seem so many on the market, would be great to know if any have been helpful. Thanks

My husband bought me one for Xmas. It's 15 pounds. It's almost 1 am here. I'm going to say it didn't work for me as far as sleeping goes. Lol

I haven’t used one personally, but a friend said a 15 pound version of a weighted blanket changed her life! She had horrid chronic insomnia, and she was able to sleep regularly again. I know how badly she struggled with it. I wish I could try it but I like light and airy bedding if it’s heavy I feel like I can’t move around freely.
